Creating An Account
Creating an account at accentshopping.com is simple. When you've placed the items you want in your shopping cart, simply click on 'Proceed to Basket' or 'Proceed to Checkout.' If you're already in your shopping cart, click 'Check Out'. We will ask for your shipping and billing information, and then you can place your order. After your order has been placed, you may sign up to create an account with us. That way, in the future, you wont have to type all of your information everytime, and all of your past orders will be saved in one place.
Managing an Account
To log into your account, click on the 'My Account' link at the top right of the page, or underneath your shopping basket on the right side of the page. Enter the e-mail address and password you used to sign up for an account. If you can't remember your password, there is a link below the login form which says 'Click here if you forgot your password and would like to reset it.' This link will let you enter your email address. Then your password will be emailed to you. If you didn't create an account with us, but you'd still like to check on the status of your order, please view Checking Your Order Status.
Once you are logged into your account, you have many options. You can change your saved Shipping and Billing addresses, check on previous orders, opt-in or out of our mailing list, or change your account password. Make sure to log out of your account after you have made the changes you need.
How to View Your Past Orders
If you want to view your past orders, first navigate to your account page. To do this, simply click on the 'Account Info' link on the top of the right-hand navigation bar. Once you have logged in, there is a link to view your past orders.
E-mails From Us
On our website there is a form which lets you enter your email address in order to sign up for our mailing list. In addition, when you order from us, we ask for your permission to send you periodic mailings. If you opted-in for our mailing list, you may occasionally receive e-mail newsletters from AccentShopping.com. To opt-out of these mailings, you can do one of three things:
- Open up one of the email newsletters, and click on the "Remove me from this list" link at the bottom of the email.
- Re-enter your name in the mailing list form. You will get an option asking if you want your name to be removed from the mailing list. Select 'Yes.'
- Log into your account and click on 'Mailing List'. Change your options so that you aren't included on the list.
Checking your Order Status
On any page on Accentshopping.com, you can log into your account and check the status of your active and past orders. On the red tab at the top right-hand side of the page, you can click 'My Account.' This will bring you to a page which asks existing customers to log in. If you've placed an order with us before, you may have created an account with your email address and a password. Enter your email address and password here.
If you can't remember which email address you used, think back to which email address received the confirmation email for your order. That is the email you used to create an account with us.
If you didn't create an account with us, you will need to have the shipping ZIP code of the order as well as the order number. These can be used to look up your order as well.
If you can't remember your password, there is a link below the login form which says 'Click here if you forgot your password and would like to reset it.' This link will let you enter your email address. Then your password will be emailed to you.
Recovering a Lost Password
To recover your password if you've forgotten it, click on the 'Click here if you forgot your password and would like to reset it' link. Enter your email address, and your password will be sent to you.
