Oregon S57 16" saw chain features the Chamfer Chisel cutters and a notched bumperdrive link which provides low kickback performance, smooth cuting action and great chip flow. Twin corners of the cutters on S57 chain allow it to outperform other popular saws using low profile 3/8" pitch chain. The S57 chain benefits also from the four way symmetrical tie straps which allows easier joining of chain loops. The S57 is a heat treated, hard chromed cutter chain.
