What you shold know about Soaker Hose

PLEASE NOTE:

Professional Soaker Hose is a component of a low pressure system, designed to work around 8-12 PSI. The flow rate at 10 PSI is approximately 45 gph per 100 feet.

Soaker Hose is NOT recommended for hilly terrain.

The maximum run length of a soaker hose is 100'.

A #200 mesh filter is highly recommended when using Porous Pipe.

A calcium inhibitor filter is also recommended for areas with hard water. For use on a well system, a filter is a MUST so that particles that might clog the pores of the tubing will be filtered out. Well water typically has particles of sediment in suspension.
