Hartell LTA Direct Mount Sink Drain Pumps are completely self contained units that are easy to connect directly to laundry tray tubs. Lightweight and compact, these models eliminate reservoirs, traps, extra fittings, and costly labor. This pump includes a pressure activated switch that automatically turns on the pump when water enters the tub.

No - Use of an Automatic Air Vent is not recommended by the manufacturer.
