Cherne Clean-Seal® Plugs
Clean-Seal® Plugs thread into a test tee, eliminating test water backsplash. This results in a cleaner and, more importantly, a safer jobsite. Since the Clean-Seal® threads into a tee, the problem of plug movement is eliminated. The plumber no longer needs to struggle after test release - the Clean-Seal® stays in place! The Clean-Seal® also cuts down on plug body wear and tear from normal use. The body is made from high quality natural rubber, meaning a tight-sealing, long-lasting plug. The threaded plastic portion is made from high impact ABS plastic. The inflation fitting is a removable snifter valve. The plug is sized to work in both cast iron and plastic pipe.

Hand tighten only into the test tee - Clean-Seal® threads help to eliminate thread leakage, so plumbers and the job site stay dry when performing a stack test.
