Boiler Water Supply Valve - the Watts 911S "Dual Valve" gets it's nickname because it is a combination back-flow preventor and (PRV) pressure reducing valve. Watts 911S provides safe make-up water, preventing a backflow condition. Designed for use with a residencial size hydronic (water) heating boiler, water pressure is reduced to 15 psi, and is adjustable within a range of 10-25 psi. Watts 911S also prevents a harmful backflow condition. Watts 911S is a 1/2 Inch copper Sweat X 1/2" FIP connection.

1/2 Inch copper Sweat X 1/2" Female Iron Pipe Size. Combination backflow preventer and PRV/Fill Valve for hot water boilers.

The Series 911 (1/2") Backflow Preventer/Boiler Fill Valve is used on boiler supply feed lines to provide make-up water to the boiler and prevent backflow when supply pressure falls below system pressure. Watts #911 (1/2") is an assembly of two popular Watts valves; a Watts 9D Backflow Preventer and Watts #1156F feed water pressure regulator valve (PRV) .

Series 911 (1/2") Backflow Preventer/Boiler Fill Valve - Specifications:

Maximum pressure 100 psi (689.5 kPa).
Maximum temperature 212°F (100°C).
Boiler fill valve set at 15 psi (103.4 kPa). Adjustable range 10-25 psi (68.9 - 172.4 kPa).
Size: 1/2" x 1/2" (15 x 15 mm).
