The TruFLOW Manifold Extension Kit with Flow/Temperature Meters is designed for easy in line extension of up to two additional loops for the Wirsbo TruFLOW Manifold. The Kit contains two 1 1/4" BSP nipples, one supply manifold, one return manifold with flow/temperature meters, and two loop end caps. Use Wirsbo Silicon Oil on the male threads to ease installation. A bottle of Wirsbo Silicone Oil is provided in the kit.

TruFLOW Manifold System

Introducing the Wirsbo TruFLOW Radiant Manifold, a revolutionary breakthrough in radiant technology. The TruFLOW is a fully assembled manifold - all you have to do is hang it on the wall, or you can use the Manifold Wall Cabinet - a recess-style cabinet. It's equipped with R32 unions to connect to any of Wirsbo's Manifold adapters, so you can connect it with hePEX plus or copper easily and quickly.

TruFLOW Manifolds with Flow/Temperature Meters are loaded with features for the radiant pro - calibrated balancing valves, on/off valves for zoning, (using either the Wirsbo Thermal Actuator or Motorized Valved Actuator) and a Wirsbo exclusive - electronic flow/temperature balancing technology. Use the Wirsbo FlowMaster (A2620001) or FlowMaster Jr. (A2630001) in conjunction with the balancing hex key and the TruFLOW flow/temperature meters on the manifold to electronically and accurately balance flow and temperature in all your radiant loops. The standard flow/temperature meters balance flows up to 1.3 gallons per minute per loop. A high flow version is also available, handling flows up to 2.0 gallons per minute for larger commercial or snow-melting jobs.

TruFLOW Manifolds without Flow/Temperature Meters come fully assembled and ready for installation. The TruFLOW balancing Hex Key is used on the internal balancing valves for the supply manifold to balance the loops across the manifold. Manifold is shipped with the appropriate number of Actuator Adapters (A2630028).

The 1 1/2" inside diameter allows for greater flow rates overall - up to 21 usgpm and has a maximum operating temperature of 104C/220F. The TruFLOW manifold is fully assembled and available in 2-though 12-loop packages. Extension kits are available to add up to two loops, with or without flow/temperature meters.
