Deluxe Freeze-Alarm

The Deluxe FreezeAlarm offers all of the features of the Intermediate FreezeAlarm, plus several other features that make this the top of the line Freeze Protection Product on the market.

With Deluxe FreezeAlarm you can enjoy peace of mind because you can call your Deluxe FreezeAlarm from any phone in the world and check the current temperature at the location you have the Deluxe Freeze Alarm Installed. You can find out if the power is on or off in your home or cabin, or computer room and even check the voltage of the back-up battery. You can also change the settings and phone numbers remotely. Cabin and Vacation Property Owners can monitor their home and pre-heat it by phone.

Deluxe Freeze Alarm is Easy to set-up and program - simply plug in a phone and the unit literally "talks" you through the set-up. This feature does require two thermostats, usually the original and one additional thermostat and some integration with your existing heating system. Remotely turn up the heat in your vacation home or cabin by switching between two thermostats, one thermostat set at a lower temperature to one set at a higher temperature.With Deluxe FreezeAlarm you now have the ability to call into your Deluxe Freeze Alarm from any phone in the world to check the current temperature, power status or back-up battery status inside your monitored home or vacation propery. You can even remotely program the unit from any phone in the world. Deluxe Freeze Alarm has the Ability to monitor additional alarm conditions such as water leaks (using an optional WaterAlarm - Model #WA-10), or other optional alarm devices such as motion and smoke detectors that can be interconnected to the Deluxe Freeze Alarm .

Clear, digitized voice messages in English tell you exactly what is happening at the monitored location. Plus, you can even create your own custom alarm message that is played when the unit calls you or when you call into your FreezeAlarm.

Deluxe FreezeAlarm calls up to three phone numbers of your choice if any of the following alarm conditions occurs at your remote monitored location:

• Temperature drops below your programmed low temperature alarm setpoint.
• Temperature rises above your programmed high temperature alarm setpoint.
• Power fails for 1 hour or longer (can be set for an immediate call-out as well).
• Back-up battery power is low and needs replacement.
• Additional alarm conditions (using connections with optional alarm in-put devices)

The Deluxe FreezeAlarm offered here is a Fahrenheit model (a Celsius versions is available). A value package with a Deluxe Freeze Alarm and a WaterAlarm is also available.

The Delxue Freeze Alarm requires a 110VAC power outlet for operation and a 9 volt battery for back-up power purposes. Alkaline or Lithium batteries are recommended, but not included. This model can monitor for both a high and low temperature alarm in any range from -49 to 199°F (-45 to 93°C).

Features of the Deluxe Freeze Alarm

• Automatically calls up to three phone numbers if the temperature gets out of range, the power goes out or if the back-up battery requires replacing.

• Add the optional WaterAlarm (WA-20) to be alerted by phone of water leaks or flooding.
• Add the optional MiniAlarm Motion Sensor (MA-S01) to be alerted if intruders have broken into your monitored property.
• Power Out Timer allows you to select the amount of time the power must be out before it calls you with a power out alarm. This helps prevent unwanted alarm calls from short power failures.
• Security code prevents unauthorized access.
• Listen to temperatures in either Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees.
