Wirsbo MultiCor Tubing
Wirsbo MultiCor is a multi-layered compsite tubing consisting of an interior aluminum tubing lined with inner and outer layers of PEX. Layers are bonded to the alumninum by a special adhesive. MultiCor offers 100% oxygen diffusion, protects against corrosion and can be embedded in concrete and installed in walls, floors and ceilings.

The flexibility of MultiCor tubing results in easy roll-outs. The stay-in-place rigid feature of the tubing works great for hydronic baseboard, radiator, unit heaters, air handlers or manifold connections.

Wirsbo MultiCor tubing is manufactured to the following standard:

ASTM F1281 "Standard Specification for Cross-linked Polyethylene / Aluminum / Cross-linked Polyethylene (PEX-AL-PEX) Pressure Pipe"

Wirsbo MultiCor Tubing carries the following Standard Grade Hydrostatic Ratings from Plastic Pipe Institute (PPI):

200 F at 100PSI

180 F at 125 PSI

140F at 160PSI

73F at 200PSI.
