Exhaust Backflow Prevention Kit for TAKAGI Instanious Gas Water Heaters - Prevents cold air from entering vent and causing heat exchnager to freeze.

The TK-TV03 Exhaust Backflow Prevention Kit or Vent Damper prevents the backflow of air through the exhaust vent. This is a CSA tested Takagi component. This helps prevent harmful exhaust gases from entering the home, as well as helping to prevent the units from freezing in areas where cold air can be blown or drawn into the exhaust system. Install this vent damper in accordance with Takagi’s installation instructions and any applicable codes.
