------------ ajd / Can we change the Field for Names, add one for 1st and one for last name, Position/ Job title (public), Company Name(public), could we tell and show a model of how we protect the public display of the persons name (IE - that we wil only show the first letter of the last name for public display. & show an example off to the right of the fields).
